CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
life happens, i totally get it. just please give me AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice to cancel or reschedule. anything less will be charged at 50% of the service.
NO SHOW | NO CALL
no-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service. to rebook, full payment for the missed service plus your next appointment is required upfront.
ALL SALES FINAL
all spray tan services are final sale. no refunds. if something’s not right with your tan, contact me within 24-48 hours and i’ll work with you to make it right.
